Puelz Mine is located South of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nearest towns are Jean, Nevada,  Goodsprings, Nevada  and Sandy Valley, Nevada. Primary mining in the area included: copper, lead, silver, gold and zinc.

We've been fooled by this mine a couple times.  The pictures below show what we thought was the Puelz Mine, but we've learned through further research that the real Puelz Mine is high in the valley and out of view from the trail below. 

This entire valley has been posted "For Sale".  Our research shows that the current land owner is the BLM, but until we can confirm this is not a private sale, we will respect the assumed private property boundary.
